DELIVERY TIMES
We understand that, as a customer, you expect to receive your order as soon as possible. That is why we work to deliver it in the shortest time possible, with 24/48h working day shipments within the Peninsula. However, periods of launches, promotions, or Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaigns are excluded, during which these delivery times are not guaranteed.
To check the status of your order, please check your inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation. Shipments on weekends or holidays will be processed the following working day.
Orders placed during business hours (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM) will be processed the same day, and delivery times depend on the destination country. Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, but will be made on the following working day.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK AND WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM ABSENT ON THE DELIVERY DAY?
A first delivery attempt will be made at the indicated address. If you are not present, the courier will attempt to leave a notice in the mailbox. However, it is not always possible to leave a note, as sometimes the courier does not have access to the building or residential complex.
After this first attempt, the local branch will try to contact you to coordinate a second delivery. If you are not present during this second attempt, the order will be held at the local branch for you to pick it up from the agency.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, customs management may require opening of the order.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
You can track your shipment through the link provided in the shipping confirmation email for your order.
CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER AT A SPECIFIC TIME?
You can indicate your preferred delivery time in the comments box for the carrier before completing your order. While they will try to accommodate your preferred time, this will depend on the courier’s route.
WHAT IF MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?
We recommend verifying the address when placing your order to ensure the details are correct and complete. Once the shipment is made, it is not possible to change the address without incurring an additional cost.
