pha activator is a facial cream that helps improve the look of skin pigmentation and supports skin renewal through gentle exfoliation. It can be used daily to improve the appearance of wrinkles and skin texture.

Our activators are micro-exfoliating creams that prepare the skin for professional peeling treatments or can be used for progressive skin renewal at home. When applied at night for 3 weeks, together with Ekseption sunscreen in the morning, it helps balance the skin’s pH, exfoliates, restores hydration, and improves the appearance of uneven skin tone.

After 3 weeks, the skin becomes smoother (improving from 29% to 51%), pores are less visible (improving from 28% to 43%), wrinkle depth is reduced (from 7% to 33%), overall pigmentation decreases (from 9% to 16%), and pigmentation spots are reduced by up to 21%, achieving a more uniform and illuminated skin.

What sets this Activator apart from other exfoliating creams?

    • Does not cause skin redness and inflammation.
    • Rich water-in-oil formulation with acids.

Nighttime use. With a clean face and after toning, apply the PHA Activator to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Then, gently massage the skin with upward circular motions. For best results, use the activator every night as part of your skincare routine for 3 weeks. Use sunscreen every morning.

pha activator is an oil-in-water emulsion with a fluid texture and a nourishing feel. It creates a protective film on the surface of the skin that helps limit transepidermal water loss. Water-in-oil emulsions are highly recommended for dry and sensitive skin, as they provide a good balance of nourishment and hydration, long-lasting protection, and enhanced water diffusion into the skin. The product is certified as natural by ECOCERT.

    Lactobionic acid
Lactobionic acid is a polyhydroxy acid (PHA) derived from lactose. This acid offers gentle exfoliating properties, contributing to cellular renewal and improving skin texture. What sets lactobionic acid apart is its ability to act as an antioxidant, helping to protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. Its moisturizing action also makes it valuable in cosmetic products, providing effective hydration. In summary, lactobionic acid stands out for its ability to offer exfoliating and antioxidant benefits, contributing to smoother, firmer, and more protected skin.
    Tranexamic acid
Tranexamic acid is known for its properties that address hyperpigmentation and skin discoloration. With antifibrinolytic properties, this acid helps reduce the appearance of dark spots by interfering with the coagulation cascade and pigment formation. It is commonly used in skincare products aimed at improving skin radiance and tone uniformity. Its inclusion in cosmetic formulas seeks to provide an effective solution for those looking to reduce the appearance of spots and achieve a more radiant and even complexion.
    Exfoliating enzymes
Enzymatic exfoliation gently works on the surface of the skin, promoting cell renewal without the aggressiveness of AHAs, making it an ideal alternative for a delicate yet effective exfoliation. This ingredient, obtained through biofermentation, is a protease derived from bacteria that provides a gentle enzymatic exfoliation. Its action removes dead skin cells, revealing younger, healthier-looking skin.
    Gluconolactone
Gluconolactone is a multifunctional polyhydroxy acid (PHA) with significant benefits for skin health. Naturally produced through the fermentation of renewable carbohydrates, it stands out for its gentleness and effectiveness. This compound is ideal for sensitive skin due to its ability to deeply hydrate without causing irritation. Its molecular structure allows for gradual absorption, providing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits that enhance skin tone and radiance. Additionally, it is an effective ally against aging, acne, and rosacea.
    Sodium lactate
Sodium lactate is a natural humectant with exceptional benefits for skin hydration. It acts as a powerful water retainer, strengthening the skin's biochemical barrier against dehydration. Due to its natural origin and moisturizing properties, sodium lactate is a valuable ingredient in formulations designed to preserve the softness, elasticity, and health of the skin.
    Resorcinol and Hexylresorcinol
Hexylresorcinol is a potent ingredient with antioxidant action and antibacterial properties, making it an ideal ingredient for oily skin, providing protection and balance to the complexion. Synthesized for cosmetic use, it has been shown to be four times more effective than hydroquinone, acting at multiple points in the melanogenesis pathway to reduce hyperpigmentation and even out skin tone. Additionally, hexylresorcinol enhances glutathione levels, a powerful natural antioxidant, and stimulates defensive enzymes such as glutathione peroxidase and glutathione reductase, which protect cells from oxidative damage and DNA harm.
    Vitamin E
Vitamin E (Tocopherol), primarily derived from vegetable oils, is known for its powerful antioxidant properties, making it one of the skin's main defenders against environmental damage. This ingredient, which constitutes 96% of the skin's natural antioxidant system, absorbs UV rays and helps prevent free radical damage induced by sun exposure. Additionally, it acts as an anti-inflammatory agent, contributes to hydration, and reduces damage related to pollution. With preliminary evidence suggesting it may prevent scarring and reduce signs of aging, vitamin E stands as a key component in skincare, promoting a healthier and more protected appearance.
