Triple acid peeling mask is a mask with a blend of 3 organic acids that help exfoliate the skin. This mask is designed to provide a deep exfoliation that helps improve the skin’s texture, promoting smoothness and radiance. For optimal results, it is recommended to follow a proper skincare routine after the mask application. Our formula contains an oily phase that optimizes its efficacy, promoting a greater affinity with the skin. The mask helps active ingredients interact with the superficial layers of the epidermis. The combination of three acids allows for treatment adapted to different layers of the epidermis. The polyhydroxy acids (gluconolactone and lactobionic acid) mainly act on the superficial layers of the epidermis, while the AHA (lactic acid), with a lower molecular weight, targets the deeper layers of the epidermis.

What sets it apart from other exfoliating masks?

    • Cream exfoliating formulation with a pH adapted for skin care.
    • Provides effective exfoliation suitable for skin care.
    • Contains polyhydroxy acids (PHA): Gluconolactone and lactobionic acid.
    • Contains alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA): Lactic acid.
    • This product contains 87.55% ingredients of natural origin.

Nighttime use every 2 weeks. After cleansing, apply to face and neck avoiding the eye contour area. Leave on for 5 minutes on sensitive or dry skin and up to 10 minutes on more resilient or oily skin. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Follow with a repairing cream. Use sunscreen every morning.

Triple acid peeling mask is a nighttime mask with an ultra-soft texture that spreads easily over the skin and absorbs slowly. It is an oil-in-water microemulsion with a very fine and homogeneous dispersion of oil droplets, with an average droplet size of approximately one micron.

The emulsifier in this microemulsion is derived from behenic acid, a saturated fatty acid obtained from the seeds of the native Amazonian tree species Pentaclethra macroloba. Behenic acid has emollient and soothing properties that help restore the skin’s natural oils and improve overall hydration levels. In skincare, behenic acid is commonly used to relieve dry and sensitive skin. These sebaceous fatty acids play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the skin barrier, thereby improving moisture retention and enhancing skin hydration.

The main emollient in the formulation is an ester composed of a chain of fatty acids and lactic acid. It creates a smooth, pleasant, and silky sensation on the skin. Due to the presence of lactic acid, it possesses superior moisturizing and skin-renewing properties compared to other emollients.

    Lactic acid
Lactic acid, derived from natural sources such as milk, has emerged as a versatile ingredient in cosmetics. With mild exfoliating properties, lactic acid promotes cellular renewal, helping to improve the texture and radiance of the skin. Additionally, it acts as a humectant, promoting moisture retention. Its inclusion in cosmetic products aims to soften the appearance of fine lines, promote even skin tone, and offer a healthy glow. Lactic acid is known for being skin-friendly, making it a popular choice in skincare routines for those seeking a more radiant and revitalized complexion.
    Lactobionic acid
Lactobionic acid is a polyhydroxy acid (PHA) derived from lactose. This acid offers gentle exfoliating properties, contributing to cellular renewal and improving skin texture. What sets lactobionic acid apart is its ability to act as an antioxidant, helping to protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. Its moisturizing action also makes it valuable in cosmetic products, providing effective hydration. In summary, lactobionic acid stands out for its ability to offer exfoliating and antioxidant benefits, contributing to smoother, firmer, and more protected skin.
    Natural glycerin
Glycerin, a naturally derived ingredient widely used in skincare products, is known for its exceptional moisturizing properties. This compound works by attracting and retaining moisture in the skin, keeping it hydrated and flexible. Additionally, it enhances the skin's barrier function, reducing water loss and protecting the skin from environmental stressors. Its gentle and non-irritating nature makes it suitable for all skin types, including the most sensitive. Overall, glycerin is a versatile and effective ingredient for promoting healthy, hydrated skin.
    Gluconolactone
Gluconolactone is a multifunctional polyhydroxy acid (PHA) with significant benefits for skin health. Naturally produced through the fermentation of renewable carbohydrates, it stands out for its gentleness and effectiveness. This compound is ideal for sensitive skin due to its ability to deeply hydrate without causing irritation. Its molecular structure allows for gradual absorption, providing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits that enhance skin tone and radiance. Additionally, it is an effective ally against aging, acne, and rosacea.
