Refund and return policy

 

At HB Aesthetics, we are committed to providing the best customer experience. Therefore, if you have any issues with your order, you can return any product purchased within 14 calendar days after delivery.

If the reason for the return is that you’ve changed your mind about your order, no problem! To return the products, just keep them in the same condition in which you received them; unopened and with the original packaging and box. In the case of a gift pack, it cannot be split, so you must return the entire pack. You will be responsible for any shipping costs that may arise from the return. Once we receive the products, we will check everything is correct and contact you to inform you that we will arrange the refund. HB Aesthetics will refund the cost of the products received, but not the shipping costs of the original order.

 

How do I make the return?
Write to us at hello@ekseptionskincare.com with your order details and the reason for the return, and we will send you an email explaining the procedure to follow.

 

What should I do if I receive a damaged product or one that doesn’t match what I ordered?
In that case, we will take care of the whole process in a simple and cost-free manner for you. Just contact us at hello@ekseptionskincare.com with your order details and indicate the damaged or incorrect references (you may attach a photo if necessary), and we will work to resolve it as soon as possible.
