HB Aesthetics was founded in 2004 by Raphael Duérinck. After working in various dermocosmetic companies in France and the United States, Raphael settled in Spain to create his first brand, Oxynergy, aimed at professionals.

Creation of a new brand focused on aesthetic medicine, based on mesotherapy and microneedling. With Fusion Meso, the Group targets a more medically oriented clientele. We introduce innovative treatments such as microneedling, combined with our sterile products and medical devices.

Establishment of a 1,000 m² production facility including offices, clean rooms, filling room, and packaging room, enabling HB Aesthetics to fully internalize the production of all its products.

Launch of a new brand specializing in professional peeling treatments based on organic acids. Ekseption targets a younger audience (ages 25–45) and is experiencing particularly strong and dynamic growth.

HB Aesthetics opens a new 5,000 m² facility. Equipped with state-of-the-art clean rooms, new machinery, and increased manufacturing capacity, we are now more eco-efficient and productive than ever before.

HB Aesthetics opens its capital to the private equity firm Amethis. This milestone marks an expansion of our team as well as the creation of new departments within the company, allowing us to enhance our research and development capabilities and provide our clients with top-quality service and support.

Opening of new regional headquarters in UAE to enhance customer service and support across the Middle East and Asia.
